Troubleshooting: calendar or Slack stopped working
Most calendar and Slack problems come down to the connection quietly lapsing on the provider’s side, and the fix is almost always the same: reconnect from Settings → Integrations. Reconnecting never affects anything you have already recorded.
My calendar says Connected, but a meeting is missing
A "Connected" label means the connection was established, not that it is still syncing right now. Check Settings → Integrations for a status next to that calendar: Needs Attention or Reconnect Required means something needs your action.
The most common cause is access being revoked on the provider’s side, for example after a password change or a change your IT team made, rather than anything in LetEmily itself.
My calendar shows Needs Attention or Reconnect Required
Select Reconnect next to that provider and sign in again. This only refreshes the connection; it does not affect meetings you have already imported or recorded.
Slack reminders or capture stopped working
Slack does not currently show a status badge the way a calendar connection does, so the most reliable fix when reminders or the capture button stop appearing is to disconnect and reconnect Slack from Settings → Integrations.
If the connection lapsed while you were trying to capture something, that item may not have saved. After reconnecting, recapture anything you are not sure went through.
The /letemily command in Slack does not respond
Confirm Slack is still connected in Settings → Integrations. If it shows connected and the command still does not respond, disconnecting and reconnecting Slack resolves it in almost every case.
