Is Free really free?
Yes: Free is free forever, with no credit card required. It covers the things continuity actually depends on: a profile per person, meeting notes you write yourself, follow-up tracking, calendar and Slack connections, and weekly reflection. Emily’s AI meeting prep is part of Pro.
What do I get with Pro?
More of the thinking handled for you. Free gives you the record, the notes, commitments and history are all there and yours to read. Pro is where Emily works over that history: prep briefs assembled before each 1:1, Ask Emily for plain-language questions against your own team context, deeper trends over time, the Morning Report, and nudges on commitments that are slipping. The difference is between having the context and having someone paying attention to it.
What is the Team plan?
Team brings LetEmily to organizations with several managers, a shared workspace, organization-wide leadership trends, and admin controls. It’s coming soon; let us know if you’d like early access for your management team.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start free immediately, and the Free plan stays free: there is no trial countdown and no card required. Pro is a paid upgrade you choose when you want it.
Does any plan score or rank my team?
No. No plan produces engagement scores, rankings, or performance judgments about your team members, and none of them rate you as a manager. Pro adds more intelligence about your own context, not more measurement of people.
Is my team’s data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and access-controlled, and you can export or delete it at any time. It stays private: never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models. Running the product does involve a small number of service providers, for payments, email and AI processing, and each one is named in the privacy policy.
What happens to my data if I change plans?
Your data is always preserved, and your full history is yours on every plan, including Free. Upgrading does not unlock your records; it adds the capabilities that work across them. If you move back to Free, your notes, meetings and commitments stay readable in full.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you are on a paid plan you can cancel whenever you like, keep access through the end of your billing period, and return to Free automatically.
