Meeting Prep: Free vs Pro
Meeting Prep pulls together what is already stored about the person or meeting you are about to walk into, and that part is free on every plan. Pro adds an AI layer on top that reads patterns in your own notes and meeting history to surface participant insights, discussion points, and risks.
What does Meeting Prep show on Free?
An Overview and an Action Items view: the notes, follow-ups, and meeting history already recorded for whoever you are about to meet, recalled exactly as you wrote or imported it. Nothing here is generated: there is no AI involved, no cost, and no plan restriction.
What does Pro add?
Participant insights drawn from your own notes about that person, a risk and strategic-analysis view that flags things worth watching and suggests discussion points, built from your actual meeting history rather than generic advice.
On Free, these views are visible but locked, with an explanation of what upgrading adds. Nothing about the Free views changes if you do not upgrade.
How do I open Meeting Prep for a specific meeting?
From Meetings, or from a meeting on your Dashboard, open that meeting and choose to prepare for it. Meeting Prep works for any meeting LetEmily has a record of, whether you added it yourself or it was imported from a connected calendar.
Can I email my prep to myself?
Emailing your meeting prep is a Pro feature. On Free, you can still view and use everything in the Overview and Action Items tabs in the app.
