Free covers the complete system for keeping track of your team: profiles, notes, meetings, commitments, and calendar and Slack integrations, with no limits. Pro adds Emily, the AI layer that reads that context back to you: Ask Emily, Morning Report, AI Meeting Prep, AI Note Enhancement, and team-wide insights.
What’s included on the Free plan?
Free is not a trial. It is the complete management system, and there is no limit on the number of people you manage, the number of notes you keep, or how far back your history goes.
- Team Profiles: a page for every person you manage, with their notes and history
- Meetings & Capture: meeting notes, inline capture, and action items
- Commitments: track what you and your team have agreed to do
- Weekly Reflection: a weekly check-in on what happened with your team, optionally by email

How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $9.99 a month, or $99 a year if you pay annually. Free is $0. Current prices are always shown on the Pricing page and in Billing when you are signed in.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Nothing you have already recorded is deleted. You keep every profile, note, meeting, and commitment; Emily’s AI features become unavailable until you upgrade again. See Managing your subscription for how downgrading and canceling actually work.
